I’m Missing

 

I’m missing

Talking about everything and anything

For hours

O, how I miss last spring

 

I’m missing

All the things we shared

The secrets

Talking to someone who cared

 

I’m missing

The plans we made

The dreams

And the games we played

 

I’m missing

The things we liked to do

Together

I guess I just miss…you

 

I’m missing

The person you was before

The kindness

And I hope I can find you once more

  6. Patty, Just beautifully perfect sentiment & words. Sounds like a poem from “Patty’s Other Wings.” Ha, ha! I would NEVER suggest to a strong minded author/poet what to name her next poetry book….”More Wings,” “Other Wings”…… I Do like “Patty’s Other Wings” showing another side/dimension of you & your life. Interesting concept. Phil
