Every month I will do a post for ‘Bloggers for Peace’. To share the love, let people think or just to support peace in general.
âPeace is not something you wish for, it something you make, something you do, something you are, something you give away.ââRobert Fulghum
In an effort to actively do something to create more peace in the world in 2013, I am dedicating a number of my posts specifically to peace. I invite you to join me. We can call ourselves âBloggers for Peace.â Everyone is invited to join. The requirements are simple and flexible.
You can join by clicking right HEREÂ Peace is something we all crave for!
There are a lot of people out there who have a serious cause of ‘Judgementality’ and there is no real medicine for that. Luckily, I don’t have that condition. Honestly.
I don’t care what the color of your skin is, I don’t care if you love boys or girls, I don’t care if you are rich or poor, what kind of family you come from, what your believes are, where you are from. I just don’t care.
What I DO care for is if you are loyal, honest and a true friend. And if you are good at heart.
All of the rest… seriously, I couldn’t care less. If you are my friend, you are my friend. If I love you, I love you. And if I don’t like you (because that can happen too) đ I just don’t like you for who you are.
I am sorry for people who are judgemental. They miss out on a lot of fun and love. â€Â
Lots of love,
Patty
My first requested poetrics I have made for a new friend who’s strength and view on life I really admire.
If I had half his courage, I would never hide in the dark again.
Steven from Time of your Life —> http://livingwithmydisability.wordpress.com/
requested a poetrics created on the lyrics of Bridge over troubled water by Simon and Garfunkel, because the song shows how precious and important real friends can be.
I am honored I was allowed to create something like this.
True friends can pick us up when we feel down, stand by our side no matter what, and are a very good reason to keep fighting against the dark.
Hope you will enjoy this one.
Lots of love,
Patty
Part of the lyrics ‘Bridge over troubled water’ by Simon and Garfunkel
When you’re weary
Feeling small
When tears are in your eyes
I will dry them all
I’m on your side
When times get rough
And friends just can’t be found
Like a bridge over troubled water
I will lay me down
Like a bridge over troubled water
I will lay me down
Sail on Silver Girl,
Sail on by
Your time has come to shine
All your dreams are on their way
See how they shine
If you need a friend
I’m sailing right behind
Like a bridge over troubled water
I will ease your mind
Like a bridge over troubled water
I will ease your mind

If you have a special song and you want me to make a Poetrics of it, let me know on my Poetrics Page.
Wrote this Poetrics for my brother of heart, Shane.
Bradley was so kind to make a dedicated song post of the original song for Shane as well. You can find it right here–> Dedicated to Shane
Thank you again Bradley!
Part of the lyrics of “I Won’t Give Up” by Jason Mraz
I don’t wanna be someone who walks away so easily
I’m here to stay and make the difference that I can make
Our differences they do a lot to teach us how to use
The tools and gifts we got, yeah, we got a lot at stake
And in the end, you’re still my friend at least we did intend
For us to work we didn’t break, we didn’t burn
We had to learn how to bend without the world caving in
I had to learn what I’ve got, and what I’m not, and who I am
I won’t give up on us
Even if the skies get rough
I’m giving you all my love
I’m still looking up, still looking up.
I love ya much my dearest brother!
