A little about Brian
I decided to finally blog about 7 month ago, A good friend of mines and I had discussed it often.
I have had a very Colourful Life and managed to achieve many things along the way. I am forever helping people out or Talking about my life experiences so that others benefit and see they are not the only ones out there and people do care and will help.
I love what I do and whether its being bullied as a kid, all my Operations, Meningitis etc or Running my own Personal Training (Fitness) Company. The events from my past have made Me who I am Today and for that I am thankful, No matter how hard they might have been.
I hope to help and inform as well as cheer up those that read them and have fun and make many new friends along the way .
Besides the fact that Brian is an expert on fitness and a healthy lifestyle, he’s also a beginning poet. (although you would not say that he’s a beginner when you read his poems!)
This is one of my favorite poems by Brian:
Title of joy

In Darkness we may live
Filled with discomfort and pain
Through the trials we
Rise and fall
Pendulum of fate
Swings free
We write our story
In eliquant prose
Whether story or poem
The feelings true
Free the darkness
Feel the joy
Short lived
Or ever lasting
Heart and Soul
We pour out
An encumbant peice
To fill a void or tell it so
For personal pleasure
Or published good
We fill the pages
As we go
This is us
Scars and all
Whether dark or light
The peace within
Is stormy and rough
We battle on
Despite it all
Confused joy with
Battles to win
Searching for the Title of Joy

This is for you! ❤

Lots of Love
