Every week I want to share an amazing blogger with you all, so you can check out their blogs and maybe make some new friends!
All of these bloggers have amazed me with their art, kind heart, friendship and skills.
You ready? Here we go!
A little about Kev
I was born in Hull, East Yorkshire, England in 1963. At school, I always had a passion for writing. A couple of teachers encouraged me and this helped me to succeed with 3 CSEs. I wrote some poetry and songs but did nothing with them.
In 1985 I moved to the USA where I studied to get a GED in Kentucky. (The equivalent of a High School Degree.) Afterwards, I obtained a scholarship and went on to study at Western KY University for two years.
Later, I transferred some of my credits from WKY to Asbury College and after studying for a few years obtained my BA in Psychology in 1991.
After finishing at Asbury College, I studied at Asbury Theological Seminary for a year before moving to Arizona. I enrolled at The Grand Canyon University and was awarded a Graduate Fellowship. I succeeded with a M.Ed in 1998.
I worked for several school districts in and around Phoenix until I found a full-time career in management at The Hertz Corporation. (Car Rental Division.) I also worked as a visiting lecturer and a part-time lecturer at The Golf Academy and The Metropolitan University, respectively.
In 2004 I returned to the UK. I got a job working for the NHS and stayed with them for almost 7 years. In Dec 2012, I came out of work to care for my wife and her father. I regained my passion for writing. I began by starting this blog: Kevs-domain.net and have since become a published author, created Kev’s Author Interviews, Kev’s Music Blog and Kev’s Books and Reviews Blog.
I started working again this year. (2014)
Kev is also the author of the fantasy novel The Wizard, The Girl and The Unicorn’s Horn.
I am currently reading this book and from what I have read so far: definitely have to buy this book!
This is a fantasy tale that takes us to the land of Geo which is a relatively small island where farmers, simple village folk, goblins and trolls live in relative harmony.
The land is shepherded by a wizard whose main role is to keep the peace and harmony by travelling throughout the land every year resolving any developed disputes along the way.
Normally this is a relatively easy job for the wizard and no one even remembers him having to perform any magic or put spells on anyone or anything to keep the peace. But then one day, all the simple folk disappear and there is a shadow lurking over the last mountain.
What are the goblins and trolls going to do without people to trade with? What is lurking in the shadow over the last mountain? Who is the little girl that magically appears and what has the unicorn’s horn got to do with any of the goings on?
More importantly, will the wizard be able to defeat the shadow and get the simple folk back? In order to find out, one must read: The Wizard, The Girl and The Unicorn’s Horn.

To me, Kev is an amazing blogger because he has a beautiful, kind soul and is a great (song)writer! My sweet friend, this is for you!
